To promote disaster awareness and teach our members how to respond in emergencies, we organized a visit and training session with AFAD (Disaster and Emergency Management Authority). During this event, we learned about safety measures during earthquakes, floods, and other natural disasters. Additionally, we explored AFAD's rescue equipment and observed how professional teams operate in the field.
These activities reinforced Turkuaz Youth Association’s mission of education, environmental stewardship, and social responsibility while equipping our members with vital life skills. Stay tuned for more impactful events as we continue to make a difference together!
